VILLA SEVENTIES
The Villa Seventies estate is located on a hill on the southern slope of the Turin hill, at about 500 meters above sea level, protected to the north by the ridge of the majestic Maddalena Hill, which houses a large public park adjacent to the Villa. It occupies a dominant position, almost a natural terrace, overlooking the perched villages and the distant plain: from here, the gaze extends towards the Alps and the Monviso.
NATURE AND CULTURE
The lush and protective nature of this area is just a few steps from Turin, the capital of Piedmont and the first Italian capital, a city rich in artistic and cultural events, located in the heart of the beautiful Alpine arc, not far from a number of UNESCO sites, such as the Savoy Residences and the vineyard landscapes of Piedmont: Langhe-Roero and Monferrato.
